Between 2021 - 2023, I worked with the forward-thinking dance institute Shockout, taking on the role of Social Media Manager and Content Creator. My goal was to elevate Shockout’s social presence by showcasing the lifestyle and culture of dance training, while establishing visual cohesion and a recognisable online brand identity.

Although my role was defined as Social Media Manager and Content Creator, I also took on the responsibilities of Videographer and Photographer to fully realise the creative vision.

Exhibition Design

Dance conventions are a key opportunity for institutions to attract prospective students. Because of this, representing the brand effectively is essential both on and off the stage. For Shockout’s major annual events - MOVE IT, the largest dance event of the year, and the Soar Weekender—I designed an exhibition space that showcased Shockout’s visual identity while creating a welcoming, engaging environment for prospective students and their parents. The space encouraged meaningful interaction with current students and staff, helping to build connection and interest in the institution, while honouring Shockout’s slogan by showing up “A Step Above The Rest”.
